French oil major Total which recently announced the acquisition of Maersk Oil for $7.45 billion, is also investing in energy efficiency and renewables businesses.
The company on Tuesday announced a partnership with EREN Renewable Energy to expand its renewable business. On the same day, Total said it had acquired GreenFlex, a French company specialized in energy efficiency.
