Brazil’s state-controlled oil company Petroleo Brasileiro SA said on Thursday it would raise refinery prices for diesel by 4.3 percent and for gasoline by 2.2 percent on average, starting on Friday.
Petrobras, as the company is known, said in a securities filing that a rise in global prices had more than offset a stronger local currency since its last price-setting decision.
