PETROBRAS -Clarification on News: Financial Statements
Rio de Janeiro, April 9, 2015 – Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras complies with OFFICIAL LETTER BM&FBovespa 0990/2015-SAE, which requests the following clarification:

“We request clarifications about news released on April 9, 2015, in the newspaper Valor Econômico, entitled “Petrobras Financial Statements will be released by April 17th”, and other information considered relevant.”
Clarification
As informed in several occasions, the Company reiterates that it remains working to release the financial statements for the third quarter of 2014 and the 2014 annual statements, reviewed by the independent auditors, at the earliest possible time.
However, no date has yet been set for their release.
