U.S. offshore support vessel owner Tidewater has appointed a new president and chief executive officer (CEO), effective March 5. Tidewater said on Thursday that John T. Italian offshore contractor Saipem has awarded GranEnergia, a Brazilian offshore accommodation solutions provider and a subsidiary of GranInvestimentos, a contract for the DP3 compact semi-submersible vessel Venus.
