Petrobras’ Tender for the Supply of 500 KM of Umbilicals, Bids Envelopes to Be Opened in March

Feb. 20 – Petrobras is close to advancing in a tender to contract the supply of up to 523.2 kilometers of electro-hydraulic umbilicals, including accessories, four termination units (UTAs), as well as the rental of reels and the signing of an agreement for the sharing of an area intended for the storage of materials. The opening of the envelopes is scheduled for March 3rd. All documentation related to the tender and the bidding document are available on the Petronect portal (no. 7004562797).

The scope also includes logistics, supervision, assembly, and engineering services, according to the detailed technical specifications in the bidding document and its respective addenda. The tender is divided into two mutually exclusive lots. Lot 1 provides for the supply of up to 206.4 km of umbilicals, with their respective accessories and up to four UTAs (Ultrasonic Bath Units). Lot 2 covers up to 313.2 km of umbilicals, also with the corresponding accessories. The judging criterion will be the lowest overall price, considering the entirety of the object. Bids will be ranked according to the lowest price offered in each lot, with priority given to contracting Lot 2.
