Oct. 15 – T12 Engineering has entered into a strategic partnership with Priner Serviços Industriais S.A., one of Brazil’s leading industrial and engineering service providers, as part of its continued international expansion.
The collaboration combines T12’s global expertise in engineering and subsea solutions with Priner’s extensive operations throughout the country. Together, they will deliver an integrated portfolio covering the full offshore and onshore lifecycle – from conceptual studies, advanced engineering, and procurement, through to operations, maintenance, commissioning, and decommissioning.
It enables T12, which is based in Teesside, Glasgow, and Edinburgh, to further strengthen its position in one of the world’s most dynamic offshore markets by leveraging Priner’s strong relationships with major industry players.
In turn, Priner will benefit from access to advanced technical expertise and international best practice, allowing it to expand into projects of greater scope and added value, while strengthening its delivery capacity.
With Brazil holding a prominent position as the world’s second-largest subsea market, the collaboration also positions both companies to meet the growing demand for sustainable, high-value solutions that enhance the long-term performance of offshore and onshore assets.
The partnership marks a significant milestone in T12 Engineering’s global growth strategy, establishing a strong foothold in Brazil. It brings together its technical expertise with Priner’s local knowledge and operational capability, creating a powerful platform for delivering high-quality solutions in the region.
Earlier this year, T12 Engineering announced that it had secured a significant three-year framework agreement in Brazil with an independent oil and gas operator, following the successful delivery of equipment supporting the late-life extension of subsea assets. The company has also opened an office in Oslo, marking its expansion into Norway’s vital energy market.
