Oil States Secures New Contract with Petrobras

(TN) “We announce two unprecedented milestones in our history in Brazil with new contracts with Petrobras for:

• PDG (Permanent Downhole Gauge) Preparation and Installation Services

• Specialized Technical Operation and Maintenance Services for Electrical Systems for Monitoring Signals from Subsea Downhole Sensors and ANMs.”

“This is the first time we have undertaken this scope of work in the country, a significant advancement in the expansion of our intervention system services.

Under the PDG Preparation and Installation Services contract, which will last four years, we will be responsible for the preparation, installation, testing, and maintenance of Permanent Downhole Measurement Systems.

Under the Specialized Technical Services contract for Subsea Sensor Signal Monitoring, with an expected duration of 3 years, we will work on the installation, operation, and maintenance, as well as data collection, of systems involving PDG and ANM monitoring, Topside, MCV-U/MTU, and UEH interface equipment, covering offshore and onshore services with a high degree of technical complexity.

These contracts reaffirm our ability to evolve, innovate, and deliver operational excellence, a differentiator we have already demonstrated in other major contracts, such as the Dual Bore Riser Services contract, also for Petrobras. To fulfill the new contracts, which begin in September 2025, we will hire 30 additional professionals. We are ready to overcome this challenge with quality, safety, and excellence.
