Petrobras informs about Moody’s global rating outlook

Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras informs that the Moody’s rating agency has changed the company’s global credit rating outlook from positive to stable. According to the agency, the decision follows the change in the outlook for Brazil’s sovereign rating, which took place on May 30, 2025.

Moody’s reaffirmed Petrobras’ credit rating at “Ba1”, reflecting the company’s solid credit metrics and positive track record of operational and financial improvement.
