Petrobras announces that the Chief Energy Transition and Sustainability Officer Mauricio Tolmasquim has informed the company that he has been nominated to run for the position of Board Member of Eletrobras at the Shareholders General Meeting of that company scheduled for April 29, 2025.
If the election is confirmed at the General Meeting, the company will examine the next steps.
