Petróleo Brasileiro S.A – Petrobras, following up on the Material Facts published on 03/07/2024, 04/25/2024 and 05/02/2024, informs that will pay on 06/20/2024 the second installment of dividends relating to the balance sheet of December 31, 2023.
Dividends calculated in accordance with the Shareholder Remuneration Policy formula will be paid based on the shareholder position of 04/25/2024 and extraordinary dividends will be paid based on the shareholder position of 05/02/2024.
The amount of dividends to be paid will be adjusted by Selic interest rate from 12/31/2023 to 06/20/2024, according to the interest rate adjustment calculation, as listed below:
It is worth standing out that income tax will be levied on the amount corresponding to the monetary restatement, in accordance with current legislation.
CREDIT INSTRUCTIONS
The payment will be made by Banco Bradesco S.A. (Bradesco), institution depositary of book-entry shares. All shareholders who have their registration duly updated, will have their rights automatically credited to their bank accounts on the date of payment. For shareholders with custody in B3, the payment will be done by deposit brokers. For holders of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) negotiated on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the payment will be made from 06/27/2024 by JP Morgan Chase, depositary bank of ADRs. Dividends calculated in accordance with the Shareholder Remuneration Policy formula will be paid based on the record date of April 29, 2024 and extraordinary dividends will be paid based on the record date of May 6, 2024.
