Petrobras confirms the holding of the Annual General Meeting

Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. –  Petrobras, regarding the pieces of news in the media, informs that it became aware of an injunction decision of the Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region, issued today, which suspended, among other things, the migration of the operational management of the Petrobras health care plan for Associação Saúde Petrobras and prevented the deliberation on the distribution of dividends to shareholders. The injunction was reconsidered by the Court and, therefore, there is no impact on the matters to be deliberated at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for today at 3 pm BZT.
