Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras informs that today it has called the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), to be held on April 14, 2021, exclusively in digital form.
The AGM will resolve on: (i) Management’s Report and the Company’s Financial Statements, with the report from the independent auditors and the Fiscal Council Report, for the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2020; (ii) proposal for the allocation of the result of the 2020 fiscal year; (iii) election of five members of the Fiscal Council and their respective alternates and (iv) establishing the compensation for the members of the Management, Fiscal Council, and Statutory Advisory Committees of the Board of Directors.
The EGM will resolve on the proposal for the merger of Companhia de Desenvolvimento e Modernização de Plantas Industriais S.A. (CDMPI) by Petrobras.
