Claudio MakarovskyThe executive Claudio Makarovsky left Siemens and will take over the Manufacturing Industries division of Microsoft. In the new role, he will be responsible for the area that serves companies that seek digitalization, including oil and gas.
Makarovsky had been with Siemens for five years. Currently, the executive occupied the position of head of sales of oil and gas of the German group in Brazil. He was also at the head of the Brazilian Association of Oil Service Companies (ABESPetro) during the 2018-2019 period.
The new Microsoft executive has a degree in Chemical Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Strategic Business Management and an MBA with a focus on Finance.
