Petrobras on the resignation of Board Member

Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras informs that the Board Member Clarissa de
Araújo Lins presented her resignation as member of the Board of Directors of the company, as well as the Board Committees of which she was a member, for professional reasons that prevent her, at this moment, from continuing to perform such functions.

The company will await the appointment of the substitute by the controlling shareholder, who will be submitted to the internal procedures of corporate governance, including the analysis of compliance and integrity required for the company’s succession process.
