Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras reports that JP Morgan Chase will be the new representative of the American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program for its shares traded in the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2024.
ADR holders may call the new depositary bank at 1-800-990-1135 (or 1-651-453-2128 when dialing from outside the United States). Additional information is also available on the website: http://www.adr.com.
Among other purposes, the change aims at both adjusting the contract terms to a new market reality and reducing the costs for Petrobras ADR holders.
