Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras informs that today it signed a Conduct Adjustment Agreement in the amount of R$ 814.5 million with the State of Rio de Janeiro, the Public Prosecution Office of Rio de Janeiro and the State Institute of Environment, to terminate a public civil action related to the environmental licensing of Comperj.
The company had already provisioned this amount in the 2019 second quarter results, as per note 27 of ITR – Provisions for legal proceedings, judicial deposits and contingent liabilities.
