Rio de Janeiro, December 8, 2016 – Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. –  Petrobras informs that the preventive order issued by the Brazilian Federal Accounting Court (TCU), yesterday, about Petrobras’  Divestment Systematic, authorized the continuation of the five processes that are in final negotiation.

The Federal Accounting Court has also established that the Company should abstain from concluding the remaining projects currently in progress and from initiating new processes until the statement of the merit by the Court.

Petrobras also informs that it is in final stage of reviewing its Divestment Systematic, seeking to incorporate the improvements recommended by the Court and by other control bodies.

The amendments proposed by the Court and other control bodies, up to this date, do not modify the expectation of achieving the targets of the Partnerships and Divestments Program of US$ 15.1 billion for 2015/16 and US$ 19.5 billion for 2017/18.
