Rio de Janeiro, July 30, 2015 – Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras informs that the provisional ban to block TKK Engenharia Ltda. has been cancelled, due to the shelving of administrative proceedings by the Office of the Federal Controller General (CGU), as stated in official letter number Ofício 14243/2015/SE/CGU-PR received by Petrobras.

On March 6, 2015, Petrobras announced to the market that its Executive Board had approved the establishment of Committees to Analyze the Application of Sanctions (CAASE) and the provisional ban of the companies cited as cartel participants under the Plea Bargain Agreement Terms provided by former Engineering Executive Manager, Pedro José Barusco Filho, among which was TKK Engenharia Ltda.
