“We request immediate clarification by March 29, 2015 at 9 a.m. regarding the content of news released by Valor Econômico on May 28, 2015, which contains, among other information, that “BR may have public offering in the 2nd half ”
Clarification
As announced on March 2nd, 2015, Petrobras approved a divestment plan for the two-year period of 2015 and 2016 in the total amount of US$ 13.7 billion
Regarding BR Distribuidora asset, there is no decision on divestment.
Material facts concerning this topic will be promptly announced to the market.
