Rio de Janeiro, May 5th, 2015 – Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras informs that it will release its 1st Quarter 2015 results on May 15th, 2015, Friday, after the market is closed.

Therefore, from May 5th to May 15th, the Company will be in quiet period. During this period, Petrobras will not be able to provide clarifications or comment about any type of information related to results and perspectives.
