Rio de Janeiro, June 18, 2018 – Petróleo Brasileiro SA – Petrobras, following the announcements released on 04/27/2018 and 05/23/2018 regarding the Refining Partnerships processes, informs that, in response to requests from interested parties Partnerships in Refining, extended the deadline for signing Confidentiality Agreements and other documents foreseen in the Opportunity Disclosure (Teaser) for 07/07/2018.
Participants who have signed Confidentiality Agreements as of today, as well as those who will enter into such agreements by 7/2/2018, will receive Instruction Letter no later than the date defined above.
With the extension of term, in addition to the five companies that have signed the agreement so far, other companies that have already expressed interest will also be able to participate in the process, increasing competitiveness.
The present disclosure to the market is in line with Petrobras’ Disinvestment System and aligned to the special regime of asset divestment by the federal joint stock companies, provided for in Decree 9.188 / 2017.
